Jan McCloskey
Jan McCloskey is a retired professional who spent much of her career in Pennsylvania, including her time at Penn State University, where she earned her Master’s Degree before retiring. Following retirement, she and her husband relocated to Florida and made their home in The Villages, a community they had previously enjoyed during vacations.
Jan grew up in a faith-centered home and attended church every Sunday throughout her childhood. In high school, she even served as an organist at her small country church. Her Christian faith has remained a foundational part of her life, and she continues to value and appreciate traditional worship services.
In her retirement, Jan enjoys a variety of activities that keep her both active and engaged. She loves reading, walking for exercise, and playing stimulating computer games that challenge her mind on a daily basis. Living in The Villages has also provided opportunities for community involvement, including participating in water aerobics, Bunco, and a variety of card games. She enjoys staying socially active and embracing the friendships and experiences that come with community life.
