The Florida Children's Home Partnership
The UMC Florida Children's Home has been helping children for over 100 years. It serves abused and neglected children from across Florida. Lake Deaton supports them with a "Fifth Sunday" collection throughout the year and a special event called, "Christmas in July."
Clay County, Georgia Elementary Connect
This is where Pastor Kristyne Young teaches. It is the poorest county in Georgia. Lake Deaton has created this new Outreach ministry in 2023. Join us as we love and encourage these children.
Early Response Team
An Early Response Team (ERT) is a self-contained team that enters a disaster zone at the invitation of local emergency management officials. ERTs provide emergency repairs and/or assistance to help people be safe, sanitary and secure until insurance and other help are available.
