Caring for self and others through various grief journeys, participants will learn ways to grow through their unique grief journey and to experience grief as a healing time. (Six Weeks - Wednesdays - 9/13, 9/20, 9/27, 10/11, 10/18 and 10/25 - at 6 PM in Class Room 1.)

About the event
Caring for self and others through various grief journeys, participants will learn ways to grow through their unique grief journey and to experience grief as a healing time while grieving, "not as those who have no hope" but finding hope to go on living and having their joy restored.
