  • Walk Away the Pounds

    Join us on Tuesdays from 2:45-3:45. This 3-mile indoor walk program includes some light cardio/aerobic exercise.  If you have weights or bands, bring those, too! Work at your own pace. The cost is $10 on your first visit and no charge thereafter.


    Join us every Monday from 10:00-11:20 a.m. 

    Bone Builders is an isometric/strength & weight program based on clinical trials that were done at Tufts University. The trials confirmed that one can build/increase bone density without prescription drugs. The program is not aerobic or cardio in nature but are exercises which will increase flexibility, balance and strengthen your core. Movements are slow and controlled. 

    Bring light hand weights for arm exercises. One ankle weight is recommended for leg exercises. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes/sneakers. Bring water to stay hydrated, along with a smile & your enthusiasm!

  • Cardio-Drumming

    Come join us for a fun new way of exercising. Cardio Drumming is every Monday from 8:30 am – 9:30 am and Tuesday from 5:30 to 6:30pm (except for the 2nd Tuesday of every month.) Cardio Drumming brings together drumsticks, an exercise ball and an exercise ball stand (bucket) to create a fun aerobic experience. Using the exercise ball and floor as your drumming platforms and mixing in fun moves, cardio drumming turns to keep a rhythm into a workout you will thoroughly enjoy.  If you don’t have any equipment, just bring a pair of wooden spoons and an “air drum” your way to fitness.

  • CO-Ed Volleyball

    Join us on Mondays from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. for open co-ed volleyball! We play at an intermediate level and would love to have you add to the fun.

  • “9 & Dine” Golf Group

    Looking for a Golf Group for fun and fellowship? Then, please contact Donna or Jonathan Baker to participate in the Lake Deaton “9 and Dine” group that meets on Tuesday afternoons/early evenings

    We play 9 holes on an Executive course using silly and simple games that work for all levels of golf expertise. Of course, we laugh a lot on the course and then share dinner and fellowship together. We’d love to have you join us!

    Add to your calendar- December 21 at 5pm for a Shotgun Start at the Escambia Executive Course. The evening will begin with a Tailgate (bring your own) dinner in the adjacent parking lot and then we will proceed to the course for an adventurous evening!
