  • Witness: An Advent Devotional

Let’s join together this Advent Season for a Special Devotional!

Advent is a season to prepare our heart, minds and souls for the coming of Christ.  This year, let’s be sure we don’t rush through this special time.  Let’s slow down and enjoy our time together while our staff and congregation spend time together reading Witness: An Advent Devotional.

Each day during Advent, starting on Sunday, November 28th, you will receive an email devotion directly in your email inbox.  Each devotion is written by either a staff person or member of the congregation.  Along with the devotion you will have some scripture to read, a few discussion questions for you to consider - on your own, with a loved one or even with your small group - and a prayer for the day.  Our prayer is that this Advent Devotional is a blessing to you as you prepare for the coming of Christ.

  • Christmas Wish Tree

Please support the Christmas Wish Tree program this year to give a hand-up out of generational poverty for more women with children in 2022.

To help, just take a tag off The Christmas Wish Tree in the narthex and follow the instructions on the back.
If you are not going to services live, make out a check payable to LDUMC with Kid’s Central on the memo line and either drop the check off at church or mail to LDUMC, 6500 Wesleyan Way, Wildwood Fl. 34785
  • Winter Grow

This January, we invite you to join us as we all join together to learn: What Does it Mean to Be Chosen? We will spend 8 weeks walking together though an interactive Bible Study of The Chosen, Season 1. You can choose to join us for the weekly episodes, meals and study or just the study.

Winter Grow - The Chosen starts on January 19 and concludes on March 16. Weekly episodes of The Chosen will play between 4pm and 4:30pm each week depending on length. Dinner will be at 5pm and Bible Study will be from 6pm to 7pm.
