  • Do you have a caring heart? Do you have gifts and graces in listening, empathy, and encouragement? Would you like to extend our Lord’s blessings to others by following up on prayer requests through phone calls, emails, and/or texts and/or making hospital, facility, home, or hospice visits? If so, Congregational Care Ministry is the place for you!

  • Volunteers write, address, and mail handmade cards of heartfelt sympathy, thinking of you, get well, etc. Cards, envelopes, and stamps are provided.

  • Do you love to cook? Then, you can serve!! We are looking for a few people to prepare frozen meals to share with families when someone is in the hospital or when they lose a loved one. Sign up for this fun volunteer area today.

  • Stephen Ministry equips laypeople to provide one-to-one Christian care to our congregants and community who are experiencing difficulties in their lives.

  • This ministry encourages congregants, who would be willing, to pray. Prayers are lifted for those that submitted prayer requests to Care.  Prayers can be done via e-mail, or in the serenity of our prayer room.

  • This is a group for sewers at various skill levels. The group meets to discuss patterns and sewing techniques. Quilts are sewn at home on your own time. As needed, the quilts are displayed in the CLC for prayers.

  • This fiber arts ministry knits or crochets shawls. The shawls are then prayed over. At this time, all work is done at home. Patterns and instructions are provided.

  • This group of trained volunteers and professionals provide socialization, stimulation and supervision for those who struggle with memory problems due to Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, dementia and other cognitive mental deficiencies. Activities include arts & crafts, music & dance, sports & games and service projects. They meet every Monday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.


    Please join us for a training session for new volunteers on Friday, August 27 from 10 am – 12 pm in classrooms 5 & 6.
